Buying

Q1: How do I Sign-Up for a FREE membership?

A1: Go to Log-In / Sign-Up (at the top-right-corner) and input your details.  Start enjoying membership privileges immediately!

Q2: Do you have a physical store location?

A2: No.

Q3: Will Sold-Out items be restocked?

A3: If it's relatively recent design,  it may be restocked.

Q4: Can I buy if I don't Sign-Up as a member?

A4: Yes.  You can check out as Guest.  However you will not get to enjoy the members' privileges

Q5: How much are the shipping fees?

A5: We have Free Shipping with minimum purchase. 

Paying

Q1: Can I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?

A1: Yes.  After you click "Check Out by Paypal" Check out with PayPal icon in the My Shopping Cart page, you can choose to pay as a GUEST provided in the Paypal screen. 

Q2: What currencies can I pay with?

A2: We accept S$, US$, AU$, NZ$, HK$, JP¥.  Just select the currency preferred on the top-right-hand drop down menu.

Q3: Do you accept cheque payment?

A3: Unfortunately no, we don't accept cheques.  Our current payment platform is PayPal.

Delivery

Q1: Does Water Mango Swimwear deliver worldwide?

A1: Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Q2: When would my purchases be posted?

A2: After complete payment is received, purchases will be posted within 2 working days.

Q3: How are my purchases delivered?

A3: Singapore Post Registered Mail for standard delivery.  There is a choice of Express service as well ( Eg: Ta-Q-Bin or Federal Express).

Q4: How long do I have to wait for my item to arrive?

A4: Please see our Delivery and Shipping Fee page for current delivery times.

Q5: Can I track my shipment?

A5: Yes. You must Log-In, go to My Account Info and click order history.  Alternatively, you can click Track Order at the bottom of the page.  This is only available to members.
