Return and Refund

For your own hygiene purposes, when you first try on your new swimwear, please do so over your own underwear. Please do not remove any labels until you are happy to keep the product(s).

We value your views and are confident of our product and service quality.

Firstly, do note the following are not entitled to any return and refund policy.

  1. Swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
  2. Items which are already exchanged item.
  3. Priced-down items (eg: sale items, discounted items, items bought with coupon code, etc).
  4. Gift items.
  5. Combo Special items
  6. Used items
  7. Essential categories (eg: shampoo)

If you return a regular priced product for any reason, kindly note the following points:

  1. Item must be returned within 7 days of posting (within Singapore) or 21 days of posting (outside Singapore)
  2. Item must be in its original condition and original packing.
  3. Product Tags and Hygiene stickers must not be removed.
  4. Buyer will pay for the return postage.
  5. Refund will be sent via Paypal.
  6. Water Mango Swimwear does not refund the cost of returning items (eg: postage fee, packing material, etc).
  7. All returned items are inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were first posted out to you, you will not be eligible for a or refund.

How to Return:

Step 1: Contact us, with a subject "Return Order Num xxxxxxxx"

Step 2: Tell us these :

a) The item you are returning.

b) Why you are returning it.

c) Your email address which you used to buy this item.
